Urgent Credit Counseling
This class is required within 180 days before filing for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection. This counseling session is only for individuals or married couples filing together who have not yet filed for bankruptcy.
If you have already filed for bankruptcy and have been assigned a case number you probably need to take the Debtor Education counseling offered by Solid Start Financial Services.
If you have previously signed up for Urgent's Pre-Filing Credit Counseling, there’s no need to create another login. Simply start where you left off before.
